1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of IJY MOBILE TRADING LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), located at Kiosk No. 21, AB Center, Al Barsha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
IJY MOBILE TRADING LLC provides in-person, physical mobile device repair services including but not limited to:
- Screen replacement and repair
- Battery replacement
- Charging port and dock connector repair
- Camera and speaker replacement
- Advanced in-store hardware repair for eligible components
- Water damage hardware component replacement
- Hardware component replacement and repair
- Tablet and smartwatch repair
All services are performed at our physical shop location.
3. Service Estimates and Pricing
We provide free diagnostic assessments for devices brought to our shop. Service estimates are provided based on initial inspection, but final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair. You will be notified and must approve any additional charges before work proceeds.
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required upon completion of service or as otherwise agreed.
4. Device Inspection and Assessment
Before beginning any repair, we will inspect your device and provide an assessment of the issue and estimated cost. You must approve the repair and estimated cost before we proceed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that existed before our service.
5. Customer Data Protection
While we take precautions to protect your data, we strongly recommend that you save your important information before bringing your device for repair. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process, including but not limited to:
- Photos, videos, and documents
- Contacts and messages
- Applications and app data
- Settings
We only provide physical hardware repair services at our shop location.
6. Warranty
We provide warranties on our repair work as follows:
- General Repairs: 90-day warranty on workmanship and parts
- Batteries: 1-year warranty on battery replacements
- Screen Replacements: 90-day warranty on parts and installation
Warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship but does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage from liquid exposure after repair
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage to other components not repaired by us
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damage to other devices or property
- Personal injury or death
8. Device Pickup and Storage
Completed repairs must be picked up within 30 days of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you. Devices left unclaimed after 60 days may be disposed of or sold to recover storage costs, in accordance with applicable laws. We are not responsible for devices left beyond the pickup period.
9. Unrepairable Devices
Some devices may be beyond repair due to extensive damage, component availability, or other factors. If we determine that a device cannot be repaired, we will notify you and return the device. A diagnostic fee may apply if the device is returned unrepaired.
10. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your device and the issue
- Remove any passcodes or security locks if possible
- Disclose any previous repair attempts or modifications
- Pay for services as agreed
- Pick up your device in a timely manner
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of IJY MOBILE TRADING LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without our written permission.
12. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Request services for stolen or illegally obtained devices
- Attempt to circumvent device security for unauthorized purposes
- Use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Interfere with our business operations or services
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
